This man cared about us more than just as clients and helped keep us sane when we at our most stressed in the home building and buying process. Absolutely do not work with these people. Not one of them will answer questions honestly and will block your phone number if call repeatedly. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

I just closed a few weeks ago so i called to set up my online account. I was transferred to a person who was impatient, rude, and dismissive. They said I wouldnt have an account number until I make the first payment by mail. They also moved the first payment due date up a MONTH! I was not pleased with the interaction. Update: The next week a very pleasant and professional representative called to apologized. They explained everything and confirmed my actual first payment date. Phew! I'm relieved.
