I wish I could give a million stars to Mark Bynum and his team! We had some bumps in the road during the process of getting a loan that fit our needs as first time home buyers. They looked out for our best interest the whole way through and in the end got us an absolutely remarkable loan. Mark went far beyond any of our expectations, we are truly grateful for him and his amazing team. I would recommend them over and over again. We worked with April Bynum and her team at UHM and had a fantastic experience. As first time home buyers, my fiance and I had a ton of questions and April, Jamie R., and Jen M. were all extremely responsive. The mortgage process is a grueling one, not matter who you're working with, but the Mortgage Lady team did all that they could to make it a positive experience and we're grateful to have had their expertise to guide us!

Everyone was easy to contact and talk to about any questions we had. They worked hard to help us on our journey. In the end, they helped us close in a more timely manner because other parties were stalling us, and for that, their rating with us is excellent. We appreciate them for everything!
