Regis Salon

I went to get my 4 year olds haircut. The stylist was very rude from the beginning. When she was trimming around his neck with scissors, she cut him (he was sitting VERY still). He winced and teared up a bit , and her response was she literally rolled her eyes. He went to wipe his tears and got hair in his eye he then started to really cry. I was trying to help him, while she was still cutting his hair (she never checked on him or asked if he was ok). Then she asked me twice to hold his eye open so she can use the hair dryer on his eyeball to get the hair out!!! We will never be going back!

Bernadette is a excellent hairdresser. I really enjoyed the service. I would only go to her. Its a really nice salon.

Horrible experience, I was told to pay before Brenda started, then they all left but her and she closed the gate @ 3 ish pm...I asked for 1 inch to be trimmed, highlights and lowlights. She was pulling on my hair while shampooing it.This is The worst hair cut I have ever had. She cut all the color off she put on, she used clippers And shaved my head. I asked her to stop multiple times. I put my hands up and she pushed them away. I can not do anything with this, Nothing!!!!! this was a complete traumatizing experience. This was @ the beginning of March...it will take years to get back the hair I had if ever....as you can see I have one side shaved more then the other... ridiculous!!! She shaved my head, shaved off all the color she put on. Run from this salon !!!!!

I wanted face framing and layers. Worst experience ever!!! The guy (who never introduced himself) took my hair right out of the braid, sprayed it with water and started cutting - never washed it. He had hair color on his hands that he got into my blonde. He was joking around with how retarded he was and complaining about his other client that was sitting two feet away. He told me that my face framing won't be even because my part isn't centered. There is more but you get the idea. I have never had an experience like this at Regis before, so I was shocked. After how that day had already went, I had no energy to confront him. Just said it was done and left, before he could cut more. I added how long my hair was to start and what I can home with. The "done" picture is after he "cleaned it up" and asked me for the third time if that was good.
