We moved here a year ago after selling our home and waiting out the market before we bought another. We have been pleasantly surprised at how friendly and quiet our neighbors have been. Office staff is friendly and helpful, maintenance is quick and responsive; many nice upgrades to the property in the last year. The rent is fair and not over priced. We have enjoyed the hike/bike trail near our unit as well as the trees in the back. Most importantly, we intentionally moved into a smoke free complex, (which is very hard to find) and we have had no issues. Nice mix of age groups and diversity. We have enjoyed our time here and highly recommend Club Meridian.

Had a maintenance issue with water heater everything worked out perfectly within 24 hours . They replaced water heater .. Had another issue with the new water heater.. It was completed in three minutes.. Maintenance staff keep up the good work!!
