Devin did an outstanding job navigating my husband and I through the process of buying a home, as first-time home buyers. We met at an open house, and shortly after he reached out to set up an in-person meeting where we went over expectations, next steps, and what we were looking for in a home! Devin sent daily updates on new homes, keeping our criteria in mind. Once it came time to put in an offer, Devin worked to get our offer in quickly and efficiently. He was always willing to answer questions and work with us after the traditional 9am-5pm hours. During negotiations, he worked hard to save us as much money as possible. Work with John from this company. We were at a disadvantage due to purchasing while living in another state. We were flat out lied to regarding many issues. The inspection was a total lie. We have had to spend thousands to bring the house up to code. In the process of filing an ethics code.
