      image I was shown that my paid off device would cover the equipment costs and my new phone would be a free upgrade. i was also told that switching to a 5G network would increase my entire bill by $20. My bill increased by $60! The rep just wanted a commission instead of truly helping me.

      image after wasting 2 hours at the place the prices I was quoted was $40 less than the plan it should be and the credit for the I phone returned was short of $400 each plus I was forced to change a screen for $130. Today I spent 1 hour correcting my plan. Next time I must find another place for new phones or go to Verizon they sound cheaper then T-Mobile
