        I had to come in to get a replacement modem. I came at 5:30 and was surprised to see no one in there, no line. I was helped right away by Amanda. She greeted me as I came in and assisted me immediately. I was in-and-out within 5 minutes, it actually took me more time to write this review than I was in the store!

        One of the best staff this store has. I had a different perspective before but now i feel the Spectrum Novi store is one of the best store because of the staff. Especially the Store Manager Jon is exceptionally supportive. He will answer to your every single query very patiently. He will try to give you the best customer experience. If you have any issues with spectrum , trust me this store can be the best guide. They are fair and genuine
