        Ive filled more than one complaint on a lady named Vivian who answers the phone and front desk she is very rude everytime I have questions and such I have epilepsy and need explained even had her on speaker so others could hear and they were baffled by how rude she was dont feel as the YMCA has handled her appropriately as this isnt the first time and as other people were present to hear
