        I stayed here for a 12 month lease. Facilities were nice and the staff was very kind and helpful. Any maintenance issues were completed promptly and completely. I would recommend Pendleton.

        I recently moved in to Pendleton apartments and could not be happier. Marcus was so helpful through the process and the apartment was perfect. The apartment is absolutely beautiful with cathedral ceilings and a fireplace. Great location in downtown New Hudson the complex is family friendly my apartment is on the 3rd floor and it is quiet. I am so excited to call Pendleton apartments my new home. I highly recommend it.

        Great location with an awesome clubhouse that has a private movie theater and sauna and awesome outdoor pool area right next to a brewery. The staff is great and very welcoming. Highly recommend!

        I have truly enjoyed the past eight months here at Pendleton Park and will be renewing my lease for another year. The units are quiet and well managed, the staff is friendly, and the amenities and common areas are clean and well maintained. I have had only two minor maintenance requests and they were done quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this complex.
