Life happens and you need a quick move. Andrew made this move seamless for me and my kiddos. He was attentive, responsive, knowledgeable and most importantly friendly.

Me and my husband moved to this community in the start of 2023 and I can't tell you how amazing our experience has been. The apartments are amazing, the amenities our exactly as you see in the photographs on the website. But one of the most beautiful thing about this community is their people (the leasing staff) especially Lisa. I can't thank her enough for everything. Especially when our parents were around. I would recommend this place to everyone.

**2024 Update** Knocking off another star, down to 2. Been here for over a year now, they just switched management companies and you can feel what was keeping the place together before in the sense of "community" is slowly unraveling as the new management is less favorable toward building a "community". The weekly events have disappeared, the sidewalks are falling apart since day 1, some parts of the sidewalk feel like you're walking on straight gravel as its all chipped away from poor workmanship. Lots of new faces on the management team, quite a few of the old team have left. Neighbors dogs are barking non-stop and pooping ALL over the place. Leaving fresh piles of poop right in front of my porch patio, have to look twice every morning to watch out for stepping on poop. Don't even bother letting your kids play in the lawn, landmines everywhere! Dried, Fresh - you name it. They surely do accommodate your dogs if you're a dog lover - just make sure you're okay with the above fellow dog owners. Rent didn't go up too much as the place was still under old management when my lease was up. Pretty sure it'll increase by a significant amount under the new management as I've noticed the posted rent prices were higher than before under the old management.** **Below is my original review** Management and office staff are excellent here. Very responsive to your concerns and problems. My main issue is the idea that they are trying to market these apartments as luxury. If you know anything about build quality you would be able to see that all the units were hastily put up with very few attention to detail. Yes all the appliances are new, island kitchen, granite countertops. Heck, most of the residents right now are the first people to rent the "brand new units". We saw a few units before settling on the current one and the build quality was very hit or miss especially when it comes to workmanship pertaining to painting, closet doors sticking shut, windows that require two people to lock and hinge. You'll notice pieces of room doors, or cabinet doors just randomly missing chunks/or damaged in the installation process, globs of paint dried up on trim and doors, and door sills. We noticed all these defects in most of the units we saw. If you take a stroll along the sidewalks between all the units you'll see that most of the lower level entry doors have a identical dent in the door from the builders swinging the door to wide and hitting the metal frame on the brick adjacent to the door. Windows are super drafty for brand new windows - I have to use a window kit film to keep the cold air from circulating in the rooms. Next they make you pay somewhere around $125 a month as a mandatory "convenience package" which consists of valet trash pick up most days, amazon prime lockers, internet, and pest control(new building has pest issues already?). Internet is decent at 300mbs, however the trash pick up is horrendous. The service fails to pick up trash a good 4 out of 7 days of the week - they know its a problem and hopefully they sort this service out soon. Overall if you can stomach shelling out $2000ish a month for an awesome pool/clubhouse/ok gym/outdoor bbq grills to use go for it, just don't expect "luxury" building materials or workmanship.
