      I personally heard your telephone call - it was appropriately handled by our staff and it was you that was incredibly rude and hung up on our team member who had no opportunity to ascertain your legal issue or attempt to schedule a consultation. If we could give rude individuals that have never worked with our firm who hang up on our staff members a "0" star review, we most definitely would.
