Before I hired this law firm, I had reasonable parenting time with our two children. After years of seeing my ex wife fail to provide a good standard of living for our sons I decided to take legal action in order gain full custody. This law firm gave me just that. The paralegal Kara put together a motion for custody and a change of residence that was so well put together that it made my case easier for everyone involved. It really showed why it was in the children's best interest to reside with their father. Joe and his law firm will fight for the children's best interests and they do take every case personal. They helped my children be in the best care possible. At the end of everyday that is all that matters. If you are in a legal battle with an ex girlfriend or wife, it would be in your best interest to hire a team to help you succeed in your case. I felt like I could breathe again after hiring Joe and his team and they proved to the judge what the children's best interest and best future outcomes would be. They won my case I have full physical custody of our children today because of their help.

Fairly disappointed in the way my divorce was handled. Shortly into it the lawyer handling my case was changed. This would have been fine, but I was especially disappointed with the proposed JOD they wrote up for me. Throughout the case, the one thing I reiterated is that the most important thing to me was that I maintain at least 50/50 joint custody. Despite this, the proposed JOD I was given specifically gave the other party primary physical custody. I'm thankful that I caught this before approving it. Overall, I am not convinced that what I paid for the services given was worth the extra cost over cheaper options. Edit 12/8/23: Law firm reached out shortly after I posted this review for more information. After I gave them all relevant details and correspondence they said that Mr. Barberi would be reaching out to me. I have not heard from them since outside of their response a few days ago stating the legal team would reach out to me shortly. I will update if I hear from them. Edit 1/19/24: I did receive a letter from Mr. Barberi apologizing for the error while downplaying the potential consequences of it. My main complaint is not the potential consequences of such an error as I'm sure it would have been caught down the road if I had not caught it. My complaint is that I found the care and attention to my case to be lacking given the high price and lofty promises made.

I sought information from the Barberi Law firm concerning a Road Rage driver that totaled my car and caused injury to me while out of state.
