Use to be the old Song Bird Small Cute cabins. Great for a place to stay. Hospitality was great!! Will be back

Son and I stayed here for a quick weekend trip while visiting a friend in Curran. It's a simple older place. We stayed in a room with 2 beds and not a cabin and it was clean with a refrigerator,microwave,coffee pot,dresser and TV with some streaming apps to watch. The lady who checked us in , Kari I believe , was super nice and pleasant. It's nothing fancy but If your just looking for a bed to sleep in and a place to stay , it would be fine. I would stay here again in the future . Nearby activities: Kayaking,Canoeing,Huron National Forest

I've stayed at most of the motels in and around Mio and this was the best one. This motel was all around cleaner, had better showers, a nicer TV, better availability, was more central to Mio and in easy walking distance of most stores you need, also the beds were comfortable. They mostly offer 2-3 bed rooms. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're in the area, the staff were incredibly nice. Incredibly accommodating place, perfect home away from home. Rooms: So well kept and spacious! Also stayed in the cabin they have which was a little smaller, but made up for it with more amenities and a very fancy shower.
