Village Townhomes

After living here 3 years they doubled the rent and started upgrading all the empty units. Then lowered the rent for new tenants while the rest of us are stuck paying twice as much for outdated units. The swimming pool is barely maintained and shut down for summer holidays. Office management is completely unprofessional and constantly bends or breaks rules to fit their own personal agendas.

The grounds are really nice. The tenants front stoops are looking amazing. Very clean outside and some tenants even put flowers out. Very pretty

Everything leaks. Management does the bare minimum and ultimately has no authority due to Corporate. Communication between renter/property management/upper management is terrible. Walls are paper thin. Covered parking is nice. Better luck to anyone reading this is all I can say.

Very spacious, especially having a basement for extra storage and individual laundry. Summer Friday functions were a great way to begin the weekends. Pool was always clean and family friendly. In the rare occasion of any maintenance issues, very fast, efficient results.
