        I applied to become a resident, communication was going great with office worker Jennifer Avery. Soon after I paid a total of $682.12 into the apartment she stopped communications with me and refused to contact me via our original communications. Still waiting on getting my money back, but poor experience. Do not rent here.

        Addresses to be a little bit better painted. They also need to add added signage for the apartments hiding in the awning.

        My fiance has a sister who lives in a studio in the back, off the Perrine Rd driveway. I found it interesting that I can't find anywhere else that allows so many animals in a studio, including 2 dogs, a cat, and 4 pythons. My fiance didn't tell me how much her sister pays for her pet fee, but her sister must be doing alright to afford it.

        The one thing that's been a problem from day one is the parking nightmare. They do not have enough spots for everyone that lives here. They know it's been a problem for years and admit to it. They tried too fix it with parking pass still is a nightmare.

      Will, we do limit pets, but the monthly pet fee is very reasonable for a dog or cat; we don't charge a pet fee for snakes.
