If you are reading this it means you are in need of a realtor, but here is the good news: You can stop looking because you have found him! We worked with Chris as first time home buyers and could not have been more pleased with the experience. Chris has a deep knowledge of the Marquette area. He was responsive and worked with our schedule. But most impressiveand most appreciatedwas Chris's wonderful personality. There is no sales pitch, no selling you something. Chris felt like a partner in our search, listening to our needs and wants and working with us to find a home that fit us. He was honest and forthcoming and we never felt wanting at any point! My only criticism: we can't buy another house to work with Chris again!

Chris Cosco is the best realator that I have worked with in my entire life. He has such deep knowlegde of the area and such great connections, so he was able to provide us with great showings and excellent advice. He went above and beyond, meeting us on weekends, responding to text questions quickly, and driving all over. Highly recommend!
