Patrick, We are sorry that you feel this way about our rental company. We actually only have two rentals that are houses that we own. (We do manage for other owners of homes in the area). We absolutely offer these rentals to all walks of life in the Marquette area! We welcome families in our homes! We also take pride in trying to keep our rental rates at a lower price point in the Marquette area, so that families are able to rent our properties. We do live in a college town, chalk full of college students, though. We do not discriminate against college students and if they qualify, they are also welcome to rent our homes. We absolutely do not want your neighborhood to be negatively affected. If the tenants are doing anything that is negatively affecting you, we would love to have a constructive conversation about your grievances and see if we can help. Look Realty and Look Rental Services are part of the same business but are separate entities.
