If it was possible to give zero stars I would. I went in today for my first initial visit and was seen by Dr. Obada Douglas. Made my appointment 1.5 months ago. Three weeks ago I had shoulder surgery and my surgeon prescribed me pain medication. I wrote all this on my paperwork before the visit. First off the doctor comes in and smacks that shoulder. I'm guessing to see if I was faking. Then proceeds to tell me within the second sentence of being in the room that if the only reason I'm here is to get pain medication he will not be giving me any. First off I never asked about them or even mentioned it. Secondly I had already told them i was prescribed some and currently taking them. I honestly feel I was discriminated against and stereotyped because of my visual appearance and the wearing of the sling thinking I was faking an injury which he knew was not the case considering I just had told them I recently had surgery. I expressed my feelings to the financial person there as I was leaving and he told me that Dr had a "bad experience" a few days before. What does that even mean? Will be considering legal action.

Cancelled my appointment multiple times after I completely rearranged my schedule. Would wait until it was 1 week away to cancel on me too. Then another 2 month wait for them to cancel again. They have forgotten to call me back before, not properly gone over procedures and instructions with me.

I had a very good appointment today, exceptional assistant and Dr that explained everything in detail. I recommend Aspen to everyone if you want a beautiful smile and great care. Thank you!
