        Efficient and professional. However, the reason i wanted an appointment was for a cleaning. They just did an exam, tried to upsell me procedures and products, and then told me they would call me when they could schedule a cleaning because they only have 1 part time hygienist.

      Hi Douglas I’m so sorry your first visit didn’t live up to expectations. New patient appointments include x-rays and full comprehensive exam with the doctor and hygienist. From there, the team is able to make recommendations and discuss options that meet one’s individual needs. When schedules allow, offices do make the effort to offer treatment same-day, but it is not always possible.
