I grew up with cottage inn pizza and after I moved out by Hall road I was sad that there were no locations close to me. I had forgotten about it until I was in the hospital in Royal Oak and had them delivered to my room. Since then, I've been waiting for a closer location other than warren to open up and we finally discovered that it had today. We ordered and my kids got to try it for the first time, safe to say everyone loves it!

I ordered online and picked up. I did not order thin crust pizza but that's what I got. I tried calling. The lady answered and said "We are busy and short staffed, order online" then hung up. So I called back. Then she yelled some explicit things upon answering and hung up again! Seriously if you can't handle a business then don't work there. I will never come here again. I will definitely not recommend anything accept to fire this person. If you are the owner working tonight I hope your business gets closed!

Id advise ANYBODY craving pizza as I was yesterday to READ THIS REVIEW in its ENTIRETY! (Im actually a nationally known professional reviewer & food critic known for my integrel reviews)first of all I thought I was calling papa Johns because theyre my all time fav pizza when Im craving pizza. When I called I realized they were gone & now its College Inn pizza. Id NEVER eaten College Inn Pizza but I thought Id try it since Im craving pizza. ( as a pregnant women u know our cravings are CRAZY SERIOUS) I went to the website ordered what I order at EVERY pizza place Ive eaten at within the last 50 years However NEVER HAVE I EVER brought home a BURNT pizza. My husband went to pick the pizza up & when he brought it home I was appalled that this place would allow BLACK BURNED pizza to leave their establishment. The BURNT pizza actually wasnt the worse experience, the worse experience was talking to the general manager Vanessa. I told her what we received & not only did she stand behind the BURNT pizza but She said she KNEW the pizza was BURNT & she HAD to BURN it because I ordered too many toppings. I tried to tell her how Ive ordered this so many times before at other pizza restaurants & NEVER ended up with a BURNT pizza & she then began telling me her resume about how she was certified to do this & that & how shes got this degree etc. blah blah blahshe then said well come on back ill make u another one, because hey if u want raw pizza I can do that,I then said no Id just like to bring u this pizza back & get my money back. She then said Ill just refund u bye & she hung up.I was so upset I forgot to get her name. I woke up today STILL upset so I called back up there to get her name. When I called who I now know as THE PIZZA GOD Brian answered the phone. I asked him what was the managers name from yesterday & he said Vanessa. He said May I help u with something I told him the situation & he was so apologetic he asked me if he could make us another pizza & he promised it would be the best pizza we ever had. Of course my husband & I were skeptical but we decided to give him a try. OMGOSH I am SOOO glad I called back because BRIAN not only SAVED & REDEEMED the companies name but he satisfied my pregnancy craving toPERFECTION!!! BRIAN did EXACTLY what he said he would do,HE made the BEST PIZZA my husband & i have EVER had in 50 years. It was Exactly what we ordered yesterday but this time it WASNT BURNT! it had EVERY topping I ordered yesterday, it was fully cooked, we could taste every single flavor & it was DEEELISH BRIAN was not only apologetic but he was also welcoming & eager to save the companies name by making things right. BRIAN didnt need to give me his resume or boast about his degrees etc. The PROOF was in his attitude & how he made that mouth watering pizza! EVERY company needs a BRIAN on their team to succeed because he cares about the quality of work hes providing & he also has the integrity, wit, knowledge, customer service skills & Heart to help make the company prosperous in every way! Id advise College Inn Pizza to do a serious assessment of Vanessa & reevaluate not just her customer service skills but her cooking skills. For her to UNAPOLOGETICALLY allow a BURNT pizza to leave the building is mind blowing & it shows her lack of morals & values. Her lack of care for the customers well being is scary. That Pizza was dangerous not just to my health but the health of my unborn child. For the safety of peoples lives, Either fire Vanessa or give her at least a year more of training before shes allowed to even look at the front door of the building again. I will NEVER get another pizza at this place again unless Brian is there to cook it! Trust me if u want a good pizza made with love, care & skill DO NOT order from this place unless Brian is there! Thanks for being who u are Brian, we sincerely appreciate u & your hard work & I pray this company appreciate u & realize YOU ARE an asset to this company & I hate to say Vanessa is a liability! God Bless You!

First time we ordered they were so late delivering our pizza...but we thought, new place and we wanted to give them another chance because we liked their pizza. Second time they were late again, but they called us and cancelled our order because all their delivery guys quit that day. Third time, we ordered through Grubhub hoping their delivery guys would handle it and do a good job. Nope. After we placed the large order it stated on the app that C.I. delivery guys would handle it. Ugh. After they were about 20 minutes late we called and they told us they didn't know when they would get to the order and didn't know when someone could deliver it to us. I told them I was coming to pick it up. Staff was so rude, it was chaos. Food was very sloppily made. Asked for buttered crust and the bottom of our boxes were soaked with butter, everything got greasey. The pizza was for a birthday party and it caused alot of stress. I really hope they figure out their staffing issues.
