        All of the employees in the Livonia location are great, but they need more employees working there. Went back to get glasses adjusted a couple of times and they never had a front desk person to even help the ladies trying to order your glasses, one person had to do it all. What's going on there hire some more help. One person can only do so much! There were 4 customers waiting for one person to help them! Not good for business REALLY!! Went there one day and only dr.assistant workng there No doc either . What's up not good for business! Where's the manger.what is the doing? No employees, makes no customers. Seriously thinking about going somewhere else next time. Customer for 20 yrs.

        The eye exam was great. Very happy with the Dr. Decided to price out frames and they gave me wrong information on how much my insurance covered on frames/lenses. Im glad I held off and called eye meds myself!
