        Made an appointment 2 months in advance. When making the appointment I had no preference on which physician I saw. Just that I needed a certain type of eye exam and gave them my insurance. The day before my exam I received a call from the office that the physician that I was scheduled with does not take my insurance and also does not do the type of exam I needed. Instead of getting me in quickly because of the mistake they made, I was told I would have to wait another month to be seen.
