Monica is always the BEST at picking my frames out! All the ladys here are so nice, they treat you like family BUT.Totally disgusted with the chairs that this company supply their workers with and expect them to put in an 8 hour day with. Im in total shock that any decent company would think a footstool is acceptable for their employees to sit in all day. Totally unacceptable and questioning if I want to give such a business my money when they can so easily disrespect their employees like this!

I've gone here twice over the last two years and have this to say: The staff here is fantastic, everyone EXCEPT the doctor. The girl who helped me find my glasses was wonderful, and attentive. Gave me good advice and I love the pair I ordered. The person who greeted me in the exam room was sweet, caring and we were able to socialize a bit and laughed however, both times I have visited, the doctor completely had a bad attitude. She almost lacks a personality, barely can say hello and is confrontational. She has argued with me, cut me off, ignored my questions/concerns and I just don't understand why I go here to get help and receive this kind of attitude. It is completely unnecessary. I'd expect good bedside manner so to speak. It feels like no matter what we talk about, she has to prove to you that she's right and that's that. I just wanted my eye exam and glasses. I don't come here to debate and argue. I come for my health and I'm disappointed that I now have to find a new eye care office. I had anxiety and frustration after leaving, something that has bothered me days after the incident. I'm paying for this service, for what. She failed to mention any damage to my eye (which I have), she failed to offer suggestions to the pain I experience due to the damage, she failed to even say goodbye or thank you to me when my visit was over.
