Recently under new management, so old reviews may not apply anymore. I showed up just before lunch time and I was accommidated thankfully as I was on my lunch break also. The staff were compassionate and friendly and professional and it took less than an hour.

I had to get blood drawn because I am a potential match to be a bone marrow donor. When I arrived the staff initially could not locate my kit which extended my wait time. Then while waiting in the lobby, I could hear the lady who would eventually be the one to draw my blood complaining about how she did not want to do this and how "they didn't come to pick it up". She didn't even remember my name when she came to get me from the lobby and when we went back to the testing area, she was complaining to me about how the last time she had to draw blood for Be The Match, FedEx never came to pick up the package and so she had to take time out of her day to go drop it off. It was very unprofessional in my opinion to complain about something like that to a person who is there on their own time, to potentially save the life of a complete stranger. I would never go back to this location again and would strongly suggest the technician find another career she might be more passionate about.

I have never been so insulted by such ignorance in my life. This lab coat wearing phlabotomist had the odosity to tell me to cover up while breastfeeding, while giving me a nasty attitude and look. Then said "everything was hanging out all over the place". It's people like that, that make women so uncomfortable feeding their baby in public they just opt not to or stay locked away at home. In the state of michigan, it is legal to breastfeed anywhere a person is legally allowed to be. So this warrants for legal action. And such comments will not be tolerated nor allowed. I speak for all breastfeeding mothers when i say i will not just let that slide. So very unprofessional and disrespectful. I had a cover over him for the most part for the record.
