    This is the closest location I have access to from Warren. It was a 30+ minute drive for me, and I barely missed traffic that would've made it into a 40 minute trip. For pre-employment, I was required to visit a LabCorp for urine drug screening. I scheduled my appointment online on Thursday, May 30th after business hours for 4:00 PM on Monday, June 3rd. HOWEVER, I received a voicemail on the day of my appointment, instead of Friday during their business hours that I need to come in earlier than 4:00. I tried my best to accommodate this and I arrived at the building at 3:45. During my visit, there were two in the waiting room and one being serviced. I checked in at the kiosk and it gave me an estimated wait of 8 minutes, which seemed super reasonable and it was definitely 8 minutes or less. I was serviced by Nadia Nabaty. I have never met someone so rude. I've previously worked customer service/hospitality jobs myself and I never imagined bring so nasty to a customer. She treated me so unprofessionally, I don't how understand how she is still working here. If this was my facility, I'd much rather have someone who treats their customers like garbage. Based on other reviews I've read, particularly on Google, it seems to be her regular everyday behaviour. She called me in, directed me to room 2, and asked me to put down my phone and wash my hands. When it took me longer than 3 seconds to find where the soap dispenser was, she told me to wash my hands again. Directed me to grab one of the test packages and open it, and when that took me longer than 3 seconds (I didn't want to rip it open where the baggy was inside of the package), she got insanely impatient and hastily grabbed the cup out and told me to throw away the rest of the contents. I was hesitant because I thought she needed the plastic bag inside for storage and when I asked she treated me like an idiot. Instructed me to fill to the line and use the bathroom. I was impressed because she didn't give me directions in how to urinate in the cup. When I finished, she directed me to wash my hands again while she was in the office area, because I wasn't planning to after doing a urine sample. The automatic dispenser wasn't working for a moment and I had to wait a couple of seconds, which of course I was instructed again to wash my hands. I was so relieved to leave. She was the only person I interacted with there and it felt insanely toxic. I don't know what about my Michigan accent, pasty white skin, or the exchange we had when I gave her additional information for my appointment, would indicate that I'd have a hard time understanding English or be unable to comprehend instructions the first time. I'll never be back at any LabCorp location, because all 3 locations I looked at have 3 stars or less, with Farmington Hills having a rating of 1.7 stars overall with 18 reviews. The only thing keeping me from rating 0 stars is that it isn't an option, and also that the wait time wasn't bad.

    This is by far the WORST place Ive ever went to. If I could give this location -5 stars I would! They are VERY racist, and rude to say the least. I was serviced by Nadia who is very rude and unprofessional. I dont see how she has a job in customer service at all!!! Also Rhonda, who is also very nasty and rude. If you have another option aside from this place, go there because this place of business needs new employees ASAP!!!!
