Wow. There is not anything in your review that is close to being accurate. We have over 40 black belts that assist teaching. Each one of those whether they are 16 or 60 complete the same 8-hour test for black belt and four or five years of training. We do not let them test if they are not ready and capable. Just like all levels. Grandmaster is on the floor for nearly every class. We do ONE WEEK of focusing on tournament training, for those students enrolled in the tournament, while other students get their regular class. You signed numerous contracts over a period of years and had no problem with any of them as long as you got your way. Your choice of programs could be as little as 3 months. I have even done month to month when requested. The last contract you had with your daughter was for 9 months and you completed over six of those. So it baffles me how you don't live up to your commitment but somehow we are the bad guys. I offered you three free months even, anytime you want them if you ever decided to have your daughter finish what she started which is a great life lesson. And yes, from a business perspective we make our financial decisions based on the revenue we are expecting. Our bank does the same with us and had us sign a contract of our own, as I explained to you, that states we are not allowed to cancel contracts. Which is why we have them as little as only 3 months at a time. It is a shame that this is what you have decided to teach your children. That when you don't get your own way you disparage others even though we provided The service you contracted for.
