        Everyone here is very welcoming and easy to train with. Joe is an amazing instructor and is super passionate about this lifestyle. My kids also enjoy coming and training. Excellent kid's classes and women's class.

        I'm so beyond thankful for my kids to be part of the Stronghold family. The training they've received has greatly exceeded my expectations; I'm so proud of what they've accomplished in a relatively short time and amazed at their continued growth. Joe is the perfect combination of firm, patient, tough, caring, and encouraging while not just training them in the art of JiuJitsu, but also helping his students realize they're stronger, both physically and mentally, than they think they are. I would highly recommend the Stronghold Brazilian JiuJitsu Academy to anyone and everyone!
