APS Residential Services

I used APS for multiple projects in my home, 2 bathrooms, the basement, porch and doors. I kept adding additional work when I saw the quality of the bathrooms. I cant say enough about the crew. Brad, Luis and Dan did great work. They cleaned up after themselves and were there as scheduled. Sean oversaw the projects. He was so responsive to any concern. He made sure I was satisfied before he called the project complete. Nichole in the office was so nice and took my calls promptly and was so easy to deal with. I would definitely use APS again.

I highly recommend APS Residential Services for renovation needs. We just utilized this company for a full upstairs bathroom remodel. This team took a process that was very stressful initially and worked with us to make sure we were well-informed throughout and helped us every step of the way. Trista was a wonderful saleswoman who did NOT pressure us at all. She helped to recommend what would work within our budget and for our family. The original quote was accurate, and the company was transparent about costs from the beginning. Regina was so wonderful to work with on the decor. She helped to provide us with options that fit our budget and the style we were looking for. Lastly, Sean and his team did a phenomenal job executing the remodel. They were all extremely efficient, on time, open to explaining and answering questions, and truly went above and beyond! Not to mention they are all genuinely nice people. We are overjoyed with the results!! I will be calling this team again for our next project!

Scott, Dan & Luis did a great job prepping my basement for the upcoming waterproofing project. They were very informative, professional and made the process go smoothly. I would highly recommend this company. 1/29/24.....Adding on additional information about the crew who put the drywall back up and the flooring in (also painting) after the waterproofing was completed. Brad and Luis did a great job. They finished the job in a timely manner and everything looks nice. 2/16/24....Dan did a great job with some small touchups to my basement project. He is very professional!

Dan and coworkers did a fabulous job replacing my old tub with a beautiful shower surround and shower head. I am so pleased. They were fast and very professional, always considerate of our needs in the household. Thank you, Dan, coworkers, and APS Residential Services.
