Stayed for a week , overall it was satisfactory. Room cleaning frequency can be looked into it.

I went there its so relaxing I needed to relax after laying my son to rest and I couldn't have picked a better place. My card was stupid and the was still working with me. They are super clean they are my home away from home
Rooms: Very clean more than my expectations
Safety: Felt very comfortable no stragglers

I only stay at Marriott properties and this hotel may be the one that makes me abandon my status and start choosing other brands. Start your shower at least 30 minutes before you plan to shower if youd like to have warm, not hot, water. Also, hit the stair master before your stay as you may need it; I was placed on the highest floor with no working elevator. There are plenty of other hotels in the immediate area, stay at one of the others. After hundreds of nights I have no qualms saying this is the worst Marriott property at which Ive ever stayed.

My friend came to visit from Chicago. A travel agent no less. When he arrived, he had asked for 3rd floor. Gave him 1st. Clerk had no clue how to change his room. 1st night he stayed out with us rather late. When he arrived back to the hotel, not only was there no one at the desk, there was a POST IT NOTE with a phone # on it if you needed anything. Anyone could've helped themselves to anything. Of course he also got zero sleep due to noises above. In the AM, the manager moved his room back to 3. Whomever the night clerk was, I hope they were dealt with. Probably will be choosing another place to stay next time with more professional staff.
