I made a purchase through Priceline for a room & when I got there they were closed the employee that had to help me was very mean very rude to the point I had to call Priceline back. Priceline notified him I was coming back he was so angry with Priceline he placed my on a 3rd floor with a walker it took me 15 minutes to get those stairs on my own. Next day I went to the front office explaining my situation they wouldn't refund my money they made me want until 530 to give me a room on the 1st floor the television so small you have to watch it and let's not forget I spent 20 dollars trying to clean the bathroom it was no towels Rooms: Bathroom nasty Television Small Floor's dirty under the bed

This mfs took my money , just for me to be locked out soon as I get here cant get a key or nothing. Then debating on giving me a refund on my reservation ! Never again and I will be here in the morning

Room door did not even open fully room 305 Was told that my money will be back on my card and it still not on my card had to file a report

Filthy,all staff is lazy,never have essential for the rooms bedding towels toilet paper, the keys will suddennly stop and since thers no one there,youll be charged 25$lockoit fee that goes in the rude managers pocket,if you pay the rent 1 mim past 12.00pm 20 dpllar later fee for their pockets,the staff are all racist ) ten months I live there never an issue Never an incident. because of the on site laundry (disgusting joke) taking my money,(after raising rent unannounced from 330$a week to 409$ 1,636 a month)went to office to the assistant manager to complain about the hotel and all the money this place takes this.was the first time i complained not first time there machines stole from me I was told call the number on machines i left.and called numbers to get nowhere when i return to continue my problem she got real rude(remember i pay you)to tell me boy b gone.get..out.my office,and I did went back to room, they sent the maintenance man who said they want you at office, to go to office and find out that my complaint ultimately was getting me kicked out on the spot just paid rent two hours prior ,the grounds was I don't like black people because I stated this hotel is ghetto these ate the most laziest and racist office staff oh yeah and some white guy who thinks he's intimidating(lmao no pets on site but Mr security intimidater has a 3legged pit bull that he talks all tuff too lmao this place is a joke as im filling litigation to the extended stay as two section 424. Hotels, inns extended stays they thought they could just put someone out because her assistant manager didn't like the truth that I statted.your jobs I'm after for unlawfully throwing a Tennant out.yes Tennant look the law any one staying more then 30days has extended stay Tennant rights and they just decided with no grounds no threat Judy a frustrated customer who pays more then there monthly salary Rooms: Filthy Noteworthy details: There racist
