I was really impressed with the experience I had with Shook Heating & Cooling! My furnace went out during the coldest week of the year- perfect timing I called Shook and a technician was at my home in 15 minutes. I have never had such a quick response in my life. Unfortunately, I needed a new furnace. Shook made it painless as the new unit was installed within 24 hours and they gave me a great price. I highly recommended Shook Heating & Cooling.

Called today to get a new thermostat put in and gas wall heater looked at for possible replacement. They were able to come out same day and after looking at the wall heater, they got it working. I highly suggest this company! Thank you so much for coming out same day!

Shook has expanded his business to include more service technicians. He got to us when he said he would and the guys that showed up were polite, professional, and fast. I understand that he was growing his business at the time of my last review so some things weren't as buttoned up as they are now. Bottom line up front: his team showed up when they said they would, they were in contact the whole time, and they replaced the board on our furnace under warranty in less than 20 minutes.
