AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Came to him with the easiest case possible. I provided mountains of evidence to him, he did no work. He did not find out anything on his own. Told us he would take the evidence to the DA before the pre-trial, he didn't. Said he would take videos proving my innocence to the DA before second pre-trial, he didn't. I had to email the DA myself with the videos that led to a good plea deal. Got put on a tether because he did not present evidence that had been provided to him. Was supposed to have papers served for me and did not, found out the day I showed up to court and the court officials said it was never served. This guy just sits in his office in his polo shirt and shorts, surrounded by golf trophies, and does nothing. When you try to call him he will avoid you, his receptionist will take a message and say he will call back but he never does. He charged thousands for doing nothing. Then had the audacity to bill me more, and billed for serving papers that were never served. He does not stick up for you in court. Not aggressive. Will not say what he says he will. Will not provide evidence when he promises he will and has it in is hands while in court. Lost my USB that had video evidence that I had provided to him. This guy is sleazy and greedy and needs to retire. I thought having a lawyer with experience would be good, but I was WRONG! He already worked and has connections, he made a name for himself, so he will not care about you. He only cares about money and golf. Would give him zero stars if I could. Absolute disappointment and failure. Your money is better spent elsewhere, a public defender would do a better job.
