        Caused a leak under my sink during a reverse osmosis system install. Did over 12,000 worth of damage. They were unbelievably unprofessional dealing with the issue. After I noticed there was a leak and let them know, it took them several days to come out and stop the leak, I'm literally 2 miles from their shop. When asking about what to do about my wood floors swelling up. Their response was to let it dry out and its not that bad. Couldn't get the owner to call me back with several messages left. As my wood floor was still swelling up by the day, I was forced to get my insurance company involved. The insurance company sent a crew to rip apart my cabinets and cut up a 10 ft x 12 ft section of our oak floor. My house was a disaster for several months. Lucky for McIntyre my insurance company covered the entire expense. However I felt they should have went after them to recover the full amount. Still to this day I've not been able to get the owner, supposedly Jim to return a call, and everyone in the office just gives the run around.Thought they were professionals, guess not... Check thier work very well, buyer's beware.

        I had McIntyre install a new water system a year and a half ago. I been in this house for 27 years and never had problems like I do now. I went by their office again yesterday cause I am having a error code. The guy said try to unplug it and plug back in. Wait doesnt have a 8 hour battery back up? He said he would have the owner call me. Ok dont you need my number? Now I know why he didnt care to ask for my number. I gave it to him but they never called me back.
