        Got my taxes done here last year and the employee didn't notify me that I had an incomplete W2, didn't contact me about it, she just filed it as if I hadn't paid any federal taxes and made me owe the IRS over $400. Now they've called me multiple times this year asking if I want to use them again this tax season. As if I would trust them after that.

        Wat too expensive!!!!!!!!! I was told I wasn't eligible for itemized tax deduction as the qualifications had changed. They just ended up doing standard deductions. They charged me $621.00. I will not go back! That is way too expensive for what was done!!!!! The lady doing my taxes was friendly. I wasn't sure she knew exactly what she was doing?
