My experience was positive at first then the lady that did my taxes was very unprofessional. She just stopped communicating didnt even file my taxes Im waiting for something she didnt even do.I took my daughter to the same person I find out that she didnt even file her taxes. There was no paperwork given. The lady had an attitude didnt even tell my daughter how much she was getting back and basically she didnt do anything so I felt like she wasted my time and I will not be going back . This was the Waterford/ Pontiac location
