My trash and recycling and neighbors skipped try to get in contact no one picks up phone

For the last two weeks of our trash pick up which every Thursday Morning! The trash on the North side of Ashley Drive Lansing Michigan 48911-4804 has been left undone. We had to call both times. First time they finally came out. Second time the lady who talked to us was short with us & said we'll have to wait until Monday Morning. Well if we were late on our bill payment they would be right on us to pay it By the way our Bill is paid in full eevery month. So when & iSo when & if they come out on Monday there's going to be extra bags of trash & there better not be any extra charges for them as it's the City of Lansing Trash Pick Up fault we'll have those extre trash bags.

I always set my trash cart by the curb by night to ensure it gets picked up the next day . I dont even be having too much trash. I live on a main streeet where trash pick up drivers cant help but see my baby blue cart. And somehow a driver will still neglect to pick up my cart from time to time. Its sooooo dreadful whenever that happens because i cant stand trash! I want it gone ! And whats worse is today and i mean all thru out today, i tried calling them about it. Only got please hod recordings all day long. I didnt get any customer service at all whatsoever. I never had that happend before. They need to have waaaay better management because this is just foul , horrible and pitiful on their part.

The sanitation workers literally took garbage out of my dumpster and left it on the side of the road. Im paying them to remove my waist and theyre taking it out of my dumpster and leaving it by the side of the road? What am I paying for if not to remove my waist? Why am I paying people to remove my Waze who are just leaving waste behind?

Our trash cart has been missed 5 times this quarter. We cancelled the service due to this and were told they would pick up the trash and cart on 1/2/2024. Ironically, they skipped us again that day. Left a message Wednesday 1/3 saying they missed it and now it's Friday and the cart and trash are still here at the curb. On hold currently trying to get out of this bad service. Update: The representative asked who I spoke with 2 weeks ago and stated there was no canceled service meaning itbwas supposed to be picked up as usual. So this is time #6 they missed the trash in 3 months 1 week time and they don't follow through with cancellation requests. Be careful, may have to record the conversation. Maybe they should track the missed pick ups and find out the drivers who skip houses. Maybe they should record conversations to look back since you have to tell them your address and account at the start. Just simple ideas.
