I'm a current customer who wants to rent a 6 yard dumpster. They told me I can't because I'm not their service area. Incompetent knows no bounds with them

I should have been posting this weekly for the last few years. James is the BEST worker you guys have!! He connects with our community on a wonderful level! I have never heard one bad word about him and the kids LOVE him. I would never want to trade him!! He feels more like extended family then he feels like our "trash guy". Ovid is absolutely in love with him! If there's a raise to be handed out, he more than deserves it!

Very displeased with customer service. They hang up on you instead of making sense of something that doesn't. Why discriminate against customers that live in a "contracted community" and refuse to pick up extra bags when it clearly states on your website if a customer is paying for an extra bin that 3 extra bags will be picked up? You should be providing the same service for everyone who is paying the same amount no matter where they reside. There have been times trash containers were left in the middle of the road. Or not even picked up. Very poor service.

Deserve a 0 rating. If you need to add a cart, they will double your bill. And if you leave their service for another, they charge a $60 fee to pick up their cart.
