Iv been going here for about 3 years now. They really helped me a lot. Like they saved my life. The doctors are young and progressive. They are modern in their techniques and health care plans. I have everything good to say about this office. Everyone is cool and understanding. Caring and genuinely there for you. I know most of them are in their residency but they are the most involved doctors I have ever worked with. I haven't gone to docs in a long time because of very bad experiences but Sparrow Family Medical residency program is really the way to go if you want progressive, modern care. And like I said they genuinely care about you, maybe it's because they're just not inbittened by the job yet, but I think it's definitely a sea change in the whole industry. I think doctors of the future are going to be much better than the doctors we had when we were younger. And they work as a team too. they discuss everything together and they work out a plan and they involve you in the plan, and make sure you're okay with it. and then they talk amongst themselves and make sure they all agree with the plan and then they stick to the plan and that's really really helped me. I love these people.

called about 6 weeks ago after they said to call back, was given the run around on why they couldn't find my paperwork and they would call me back. I called them back a couple weeks later and was told the manger was going to call me back.. haven't heard anything! Patients are suppose to be your number 1 priority, c'mon now.
