Ive been a patient of Dr. Chris Sovey for over two years, seeking help for Ehlers-Danlos Hypermobility. When I started, I was in significant pain, bent over, and struggled to walk. Thanks to Chris, Ive regained mobility, reduced pain, and resumed activities like hiking and knitting. His one-on-one therapy and holistic approach to my changing body due to EDS have been invaluable. Chriss knowledge, videotaped exercises, and accommodating nature make each session enjoyable, leaving me with a belief that hes genuinely improving my quality of life

I was at work when my back felt like a knife got plugged into my spine. My doctor recommended PT, and I had no idea where to even start looking. I decided to ask Google for some recommendations, and Healthy Consumer PT popped up. I gave them a call, and they were uplifting about the situation. They've been amazing at giving me advice, and the treatments have been easy. They definitely like to keep things as simple as possible for those of us with lower IQs. All in all it's been a great experience, aside from the whole going in because of pain part.

I was having issues with my neck, back and shoulder. I began seeing Dr. Sovey several months ago, and in that time I have noticed significant improvement in pain reduction and mobility. Dr. Sovey is very knowledgeable about the human body and how everything works together. He was able to identify what was causing my issues and was also able to expertly address the issues. Dr. Sovey is a very skilled physical therapist and I can tell that he truly cares about his patients.

Chris is my go to movement coach. He continues to help and educate me on proper movement alignment. His wealth of knowledge along with the different modalities has always keeped me interested and wanting to learn more about my own movement patterns. I look forward to our next session.
