        PODS was an exceptional solution to my situation. We were redoing our floors so the ability to move and store the items on our property was perfect. The items could be carried on and off the pod and into the house. We did not have to rent a storage unit and move and unload the items into the unit and then get the items and move them back. I highly recommend PODS and will use them again if needed.

        Scheduled an appointment with this location three days before to gain access to my pod, drove 4.5 hours and nobody was at the location to allow me access and my pod wasn't anywhere outside to allow me access. I tried calling the number for the location multiple times as well as PODS customer service to which I had no answer or voicemail to leave a message. When I did get ahold of customer service for the company as a whole, they told me there was nothing they could do and unfortunately I'd have to schedule another time to come and access my pods and there was nothing they could do to compensate me for my drive, time, or gas I'd spent to not even be able to access my belongings. For a company that charges almost $400 a month for storage and quite a bit for transportation, I'm very disappointed. Would not recommend.
