They don't give you refills you have to call every 30 days to get them and when you do it takes them around 2 to 3 weeks to actually send out your refill they don't do their jobs properly they don't care about their clients if they did they do a better job they don't return phone calls it seems like they don't care about any of their patients I would not recommend this place to anybody

Simply put, scheduling is the most basic of medical procedures and they cannot do it right. Scheduled a PSA test. Person I spoke to in scheduling had wrong info. Arrive for test , am told PSA was not scheduled only MRI. Did MRI then called my MSU urology Dr Khatiwoda office. She requested PSA and MRI. McLaren screwed it up. . Do not go here they are BAD. God only knows what other more serious problems will be caused by them. Don't let them kill you or your loved ones, go somewhere else. I'm not wasting my time calling your Patient advocate - hospital complaint line so don't waste more of my time suggesting it ... Watch.... I bet I get a reply asking me to call that patient advocate even though I wrote here it is wasting more of my time to do it . Like robots respond to bad reviews not real people.... Read all these reviews if you have doubts . They respond to some saying thank you for good review, even when its not a good review Saying ... " We sincerely apologize that we did not meet your expectations for quality of service" is like saying it is not your fault. Quality of service should be UNIVERSAL in the medical field. Our expectations are for you to DO YOUR JOB . So don't waste time sincerely apologizing, admit exactly what you did wrong

Staff, nurses, doctors and students all very kind. They got me in for my first appointment promptly, and the labs are fantastic, results back in less than 24hr. Best Mclaren experience in a LONG time.
