Terrible experience, have a cyst on my head been too the emergency room with an antibiotic, sent home and referred to general surgery. They tell me to come back a month later to drain it. I call today because its bothering me really bad giving me bad migraines, throwing up. They tell me they have no appointments sooner available, she recommends going to urgent care or my primary care physician, after the surgeon said I may need a biopsy.

Had a procedure today I was so nervous but the whole team from the nurse that checked me in ,the nurse that came to get me ,all the team's of nurses ,RNs (especially the I.V.) the before and after care my awesome surgeon his team the anesthesia team. I could go on and on yall made all my nervousness go away l thank yall so much. The whole vibe was positive and I was able to trust and get healed. I just wanted to say how much I love and appreciate the Sparrow team.

My knocking of one stars is because I have never gotten through on the phone when calling and have had to leave a voicemail every time. This is quite ridiculous when trying to get information from this place. They also don't have a queue or holding position, it rings 3 times and goes directly to voicemail. Also if you try to email them from their contact page, it errors out and doesn't appear to send. Otherwise I've had a good experience when I arrive at the office. I have never had to wait very long in the waiting room. The doctors here have also spent quite a bit of time in the room once they arrive.
