    Ive had this company for years. Ive never had a claim. My grandson was in a near fatal accident and Ive been paying for his training sessions ever since October of over $1,200 a month. Doctors wrote detailed prescriptions for this and all they say is its under review. Hes 100% covered through auto and they give one excuse after another every month. Its like they look for reasons to not pay to get him better. Its going on 5 months now and Im still paying for his rehabilitation. The stress of this accident was enough to deal with trying to save him dealing with auto owners has added to that stress. Im taking care of him and trying to figure out how to pay for things that doctors prescribe. This was a level 4 trauma with a brain injury and he was air lifted to U of M near death and 52 days in the hospital. Devastating. Why does this company add more stress by not taking care of what doctors say is extremely necessary for recovery

    Worst customer services ever . Trying to add multiple policies inside your auto policy implicitly since no one will read policy of 100 pages but you surprised when you see the bills . Don't reply on emails to stop policy in order to keep stealing your money. Don't fall in their trap of cheap prices at the beginning
