        Their agents are completely oblivious to their own policies. I called them twice regarding an issue, and was given completely opposite/contradictory information. Not to mention they kept me on multiple "brief holds" that lasted for around five to ten minutes; each time after having had asked a single question.

        It was a long drive. The lady was standoff ish. They didn't have any public bathrooms.

        They be screwing me around for almost 2 months!! They keep saying that they never got my proofs even though I sent it to them twice. WORST . INSURANCE... EVER!!!
