I am extremely unsatisfied with this location. The woman working behind the counter when I dropped off was extremely unprofessional and rude. However, she did say my suits would be ready either Wednesday or Thursday, which was satisfactory due to the holiday. It is now after hours on Friday and Ive gotten no contact from the business about the status of my drop off. I called twice today during business hours and the phone just rang; no one answered. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Service: Organic dry cleaning

My favorite sweater came back smelling awful.  Maurers dry cleaned it again.   It is still reeking.   I saw a guy in the store where I picked up my sweater - the second time- and he was complaining about his clothes smelling awful - too.  DO NOT take a chance at this company.  I'm going back to Baryames- even with double the cost!!! They are still the best!!!!

I have used every other dry cleaner in the greater Lansing area. They are by far the best and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend them! I recently took a very special item to them to be cleaned. Victoria at the front desk is always so helpful. She explained to me all of my options so that I could safely have it cleaned. I'm so happy to have my item back cleaned she really helped me make it happen! Services: Alterations, Delivery
