Not the worst Walgreens, but trying hard to be. Typical Walgreens respect for the customer here.

I was looking for a few things on a Sunday afternoon. A sales associate showed me where to find an item and she was very helpful. When I went to the front checkout, no one was there, but there was an associate at the photo department ringing up his co-worker. They chatted a bit and he looked my way a couple of times but didnt offer any help. I finally interrupted their conversation to ask if I was supposed to come to that checkout. He said I could. While ringing me up, he asked if I wanted use some reward points, but I wanted to use what was on my OTC insurance card first. Once I swiped my card there was no a way to use the points, he said, and went about starting the transaction over, After that, my OTC card would not work. I assumed it had been recognized as used and I lost what was on it. There was no effort to try to fix the situation so I left the things on the counter and left without maki g the purchase. Terrible customer service will force me to use another business.

Some of their pharmacists have been awful, hostile human beings. There are definitely good people, too. But some of these pharmacy workers gave actively prolonged my pain, lied to both myself and multiple health care providers.

I come to this pharmacy all the time during the day to pick up prescriptions for my wife because she has bad endometriosis , but this evening almost to close was served by two disrespectful women. Rude. Acting like they what me to gtfo. Both looked like they had many piercings on their ears. 11/24
