Muffler Man Auto Service Center

Took my truck in after trying to install wheel bearings myself and wanted reinstall due to problems. This place is terrible. I told them probably 5 times to test drive my truck and reinstall the driver side hub assembly. They did my passenger side and didnt even touch the other side. Called the shop and they said my rear axle was rattling they also lied about test driving. I know this because if they did they wouldve noticed the obvious noise from the front of my truck. Now Ive got it at another shop to finish the work. This place shouldnt be in business. Thanks for wasting my time and being totally incompetent

Took my car in for a flex pipe repair and my car was incredibly loud, and they were very quick to get my car in. As soon as they got my car in, they diagnosed the problem and called me to give me an update. They also told me my other flex pipe was on its way out, but they didnt pressure me into having it replaced at all. They explained what was going on thoroughly, and they made me fully aware of the exact amounts of money I would be paying up front. I had them do both flex pipes, and they were pretty darn fast in taking care of it. The staff is incredibly communicative, kind, competent, and trustworthy. Other quotes at other shops would have been much higher; this place had incredibly reasonable prices, and they did an incredible job. My car is completely silent and runs like the first time I ever test drove it. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone, and if I have any issues in the future, I will absolutely be coming back here. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. This place is excellent.
