Went in look for an apartment spoke with who I believe was Brittany and she was horrible. Called back and spoke with a guy I believe his name was Anthony and he was my knight in shining armor he was great and it was a pleasure working with him he gave me a tour and was ver knowledgeable about everything. Great ppl skills. He said he was new but I couldnt tell. They need to make him the property manager over the complex. He has the skill so if you are looking for an apartment at delta square work with Anthony not the lady there! He is a Gem for them. Only reason Im going to fill out an application this weekend.

Will not fix my heater. Broken lights outside. Potholes everywhere. No insulation. Can hear everything from neighbors to outside. Rodent inside. STAY AWAY!!

This should really be section 8 housing because this place is a total defection zone. The people in the office are also awful. Extremely so. The people in the office need to get their head out of their rectum.
