We have lived in many apartments and Runaway Bay is by far the best weve ever stayed at. Brandi in the office has always been so pleasant and courteous to work with no matter what weve needed to talk to her about. The Maintenance person who helped us with a water leak was very prompt and friendly also. We will definitely be looking at staying another year.

To whom it may concern: I would just like to express how much I have come to Love living in Runaway Bay Apartments, in Delta Twp. Mi. Not only is it a great place, but for me it has been many many times better because of the mgt.staff & Maintenance staff here at Runaway Bay. I have owned 3 businesses in my life, so I know Great, Professional & Friendly Representatives of a business, and Runaway Bay's staff are all of that to me. In my experience it is the people running Runaway Bay Apartments that have made it not just a place to live, but a home, which I look forward to staying at for many years to come. Thank You Runaway.
