Executive House

Its a decent cheap apartment. Management always answers in a timely manner and seemingly are helpful. For the price and location the apartment is worth it BUT thats all contingent on who your neighbors are. First 4 months the apt was perfect, cheap, chill, and convenient. Then I had an addict move in under me. Hed get high or drunk and just start screaming for 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. Hed randomly call the cops on me (while Im asleep) and tell them that I was threatening to kill him (never spoke a word to him). So it really ruined the last 8 months of my lease. I contacted management numerous times about the situation but it never really changed. So all in all its a solid apt with good management but just make sure you pay attention in your tour to your neighbors and sound.

Horrible management, poor communication. Cliff is old and is losing it for sure. U dont wanna live here, very loud at night, mold grows easily in many areas and if u tell them any problems at all they never help. They just wanna make their money and will try to charge u more than what u agreed upon also if ur not paying attention

They illegally evict ppl, without serving court papers or giving any type of notice of the issues before hand! Do not go through morliegh management. Nightmares

Super happy living here! Great staff. She is an old building, but they are fixing up some things!
